TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned learning programs, events, and projects from setup through close-out.
- Coordinate faculty, vendors, L&D stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Host virtual, hybrid, and in-person sessions while managing live environments, timing, and engagement.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies proactively.
- Track attendance and learner satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities independently.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in learning delivery, events, operations, or coordination.
- Fluency in English and confidence working with senior presenters.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under deadlines.
- Experience with virtual delivery platforms and event logistics.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to travel and work within Europe, including attendance at onsite learning programs.
