What you will do
- Organize and allocate resources to meet production line targets efficiently.
- Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned production unit or line.
- Coordinate production schedules and plans against demand volumes and inventory service levels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to production equipment and facilities.
- Ensure production volume, product conformity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, motor-related studies, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or production management.
- Knowledge of motor performance and MES.
- Understanding of generator or motor research and development theory.
- Proficient spoken and written English.
- Innovative mindset with ownership and continuous improvement orientation.
