Production Engineering Manager (IE & Production Supervisor)

What you will do

• Plan production processes and layouts in line with business strategy.
• Review and approve work instructions and process designs.
• Lead takt-time studies and improve production processes, tools, efficiency, safety, and 5S practices.
• Resolve manufacturing issues and lead actions addressing the top five quality problems.
• Drive capacity, quality, efficiency, and cost-reduction improvements across manufacturing processes.
• Train and coach team members and operators while coordinating with other functions on projects and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 or more years in production or workshop management.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, pilot production, and process validation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of lean production, Six Sigma, and kaizen; strong analytical, statistical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with medium-voltage CT/VT and epoxy component manufacturing processes.
