Senior Solution Delivery Consultant - Post Implementation (myAvatar)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; potential travel up to 20%; support may require extended or irregular hours across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Configure complex systems, support testing, and maintain configuration management and change control.
• Gather and document client business requirements and lead design sessions covering dependencies and design decisions.
• Analyze data to assess configuration readiness and report solution status, risks, and issues to clients and leadership.
• Train, coach, guide, and mentor Application Analysts and Consultants.
• Build client relationships, navigate complex situations, and support business objectives.
• Identify process improvements and document implementation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare information technology implementation experience, including troubleshooting data and software applications.
• At least 1 year of process improvement experience and 1 year of project execution experience.
• Experience with healthcare technology, EHR systems, clinical workflows, data analytics, or technical reporting.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions, especially myAvatar, and healthcare client industries.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, or VB.NET.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, or SSIS.
• Healthcare billing experience, including CPT/HCPCS coding, 837P/837I claims, 835 remittance processing, denial management, A/R, and Medicaid/Medicare billing.
• Knowledge of reimbursement models and alignment of billing with clinical documentation and compliance.
