Production Supervisor (LWN) - Onsite

Location: El Dorado Hills, California, United States; onsite. Late Week Night shift: Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Salary: $76,000–$80,000 annual, plus shift differential and eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise production-floor operations and prioritize client mailings to meet SLAs, SEC requirements, and contractual deadlines.
• Sign off production jobs and verify materials, media, indicia, quality, and ISO requirements.
• Monitor bindery, insertion, postal sort, and other mail-production equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Plan labor and staffing according to production volume, coordinate resources across departments, and manage weekend staffing during peak periods.
• Ensure materials, envelopes, inventory counts, RF-gun scanning, and machine replenishment are accurate and timely.
• Coach, train, cross-train, and develop operators while improving procedures, workflows, and production costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with machine and plant acquisition, production scheduling, and identifying operational problems.
• Proficient English communication skills required.
• Strong process management, time-management, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work onsite in El Dorado Hills on the late week night shift is required.
