Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions with modern agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Improve scalability, security, performance, productivity, and solution reliability.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience and 7+ years developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience designing scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
