Lead Full Stack AI Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Must be located in the Columbus, Ohio area and accommodate onsite interview and work requirements as needed.

Pay rate: $78/hour on W-2

What you will do

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences and solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions with modern agent frameworks and technologies.
• Create agent-based workflows and reusable AI capabilities for enterprise use cases.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Drive scalability, security, reliability, performance, productivity, and operational efficiency across solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications, plus strong architecture, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
