Lead Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH; 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Build and enhance a multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Drive scalability, security, performance, and technical excellence across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications, with an agile and self-starter mindset.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
