Lead Fullstack AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern AI agent frameworks.
• Create agent-based workflows and reusable AI capabilities for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Drive scalability, security, performance, prototyping, and deployment in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong full-stack experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience building reusable AI capabilities and enterprise automation frameworks.
