What you will do

• Support procurement strategies for assigned material categories, including supplier selection, supplier development, and supplier database optimization.
• Coordinate component development with R&D, engineering, and quality teams to meet hirify.global standards and project milestones.
• Support capacity, scalability, and flexibility planning while improving supplier performance.
• Establish and implement cost-saving actions to achieve annual procurement targets.
• Optimize supply-chain and logistics processes, focusing on shorter delivery times and lower total costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and cross-departmental communication skills, with the ability to coordinate production, engineering, R&D, overseas procurement, and suppliers.
• Ability to handle pressure and urgent supply-chain issues, including expedited delivery and line-stoppage risks.
• Internship experience in manufacturing supply chain, procurement, material planning, engineering, R&D, or quality control is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analysis or AI.
• Relevant manufacturing, procurement, material-planning, engineering, R&D, or quality-control internship experience.
