TL;DR
Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Intelligent Supply Chain): Developing and improving integrated supply chain solutions in manufacturing with an accent on intelligent warehouses, automation equipment, data analysis, and supplier partnerships. Focus on designing cost-effective supply chain improvements, optimizing inventory utilization, and managing complex projects through digital tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
Location: Wuxi, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do
- Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
- Develop intelligent supply chain concepts involving vertical warehouse systems, AGVs, and automated tooling equipment.
- Build partnerships with suppliers, business partners, and internal functions.
- Research industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to improve supplier and product supply chains.
- Use Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and related digital tools to analyze data, prioritize opportunities, reduce costs, and improve inventory utilization.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate supply chain improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least three years of experience in automation equipment development or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar digital tools.
- Strong project management experience and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience developing intelligent warehouses, AGV systems, vertical warehouses, or automated supply chains.
