Specialist, 1st Mile Routing & Corridor Management

What you will do

• Monitor daily first-mile operations from origin countries to global fulfillment centers across factory pickup, international freight, import clearance, cross-docking, and final delivery.
• Support factories with pickup bookings and assign shipments to the appropriate logistics partners using established routing logic.
• Execute standard operating procedures and monitor carrier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards.
• Track cross-border shipments, identify operational issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams, factories, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Support logistics procurement with RFP/RFQ data, carrier onboarding, and coordination with nominated B2B logistics partners.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and basic cost/PnL summaries while supporting logistics portal testing, workflow improvements, and new carrier rollouts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with familiarity with cross-border e-commerce logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, solution design, communication, project management, and process management skills.
• Excellent data analysis abilities, including writing analytical reports and conceptualizing data visualizations.
• Result orientation, proactive working style, quick learning ability, and stress resistance.
