Healthcare Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Taguig, Philippines; colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans, organize workflows, identify milestones, and manage the quality and timeliness of client-ready deliverables across multiple projects.
• Coordinate medical carrier meetings and communications with HCC Navigator clinical review teams, documenting feedback and tracking follow-up and close-out activities.
• Prepare data, select cases, extract information from data models and management tools, and support clinical research, interventions, and analysis.
• Develop client reports, executive summaries, FAQs, consultant update emails, and presentation decks for annual client meetings.
• Provide technical assistance for HCC Navigator data tools, answer questions, resolve obstacles, and support data mining and clinical case identification tools.
• Identify process and data improvement opportunities while maintaining data confidentiality and supporting data protection systems and processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or insurance carrier-related work such as quality assurance, auditing, or project management.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Proven project management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability, including experience handling sensitive situations.
• Understanding of clinical data and metrics for report generation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Ability to partner with and project-manage multiple smaller teams to produce client deliverables, maintain timelines, and use resources efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of US healthcare insurance, general healthcare concepts, and US commercial claims data structures.
• Advanced degree in business or a health-related field.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience or knowledge of managed care clinical operations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with understanding of statistics and quality measurement principles and methodologies.
