Senior Project Manager (Market Research)

Location: Remote for candidates located in the Philippines; must be willing to work US EST hours.

What you will do

• Manage international quantitative and qualitative market research projects through the full project life cycle, including client, partner, healthcare professional sample, and consumer sample management.
• Set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare and distribute sample, conduct quality and audit checks, manage respondent inquiries and honoraria, and coordinate other online research activities.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and align clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams on specifications, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, monitor data collection productivity and quality, and provide project status updates.
• Monitor project costs and profitability, while partnering with sales and operations teams to improve study performance.
• Support international teams independently outside normal US business hours.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Self-motivation, exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly, identify risks proactively, work autonomously, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit.
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, plus the ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and real-time changes.
• Resume submitted in English and willingness to work US EST hours.
