Supply Chain Manager - Instrumentation (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, United States. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as required. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Lead the local Supply Chain Management organization, including Procurement and Planning teams.
• Drive collaboration with Operations, Product Development, Product Engineering, Sales, and global supply chain teams.
• Own inventory optimization, material availability, supply continuity, and end-to-end customer order execution.
• Lead supply planning, capacity visibility, S&OP input, demand management, and short-term production planning.
• Define and execute procurement priorities while improving cost competitiveness across materials, services, transportation, and logistics.
• Manage supplier delivery performance, quality, lead times, supply risks, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and production planning in complex global companies.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven knowledge and practical use of SAP, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with S&OP, demand management, supply planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain transformation.
• Existing US work authorization is required; hirify.global does not state that visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of EMS, PCBA components, mechanical components, and casting categories.
• Extensive experience in inventory optimization and control within manufacturing.
