Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island, USA; office environment with 25–30% domestic and international travel

What you will do

• Develop and lead the division’s global supply chain strategy in support of business objectives.
• Oversee supply chain initiatives and projects across business units.
• Manage key supplier relationships, performance improvement, consolidation, and risk assessment.
• Lead material cost productivity, cost reduction, capital leveraging, and category strategy activities.
• Manage supplier compliance processes covering RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, and CTPAT requirements.
• Maintain supply chain databases, commodity coding, HTS coding, best practices, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of supply chain operations experience with a global industrial manufacturer and progressively increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of commodity cost drivers, category strategy development, and lean supply chain principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, influencing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
