Senior Business Process Engineer (TS with SCI eligibility required), On-Site in DMV Area

Location: On-site at a secure customer facility within the National Capital Region, up to 5 days per week; multiple DMV locations with the primary site in Reston, Virginia. U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to hold SCI are required.

Salary: $74,230–$142,250 per year

What you will do

• Develop stable, secure, scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Lead multiple RPA solution processes and participate in technical reviews to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into actionable project plans and requirements.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and designs that support current and future demands.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure implementation follows architectural and design principles.
• Represent architecture with diagrams and keep management informed about the information security program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to hold SCI is required.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure facility within the National Capital Region up to 5 days per week.
• 10+ years of experience analyzing and developing requirements with customers, including experience leading functional teams and interfacing with customers.
• Experience working with RPA developers to build, deploy, and manage production automations, plus knowledge of complete Agile project lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Federal RPA implementation experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automate, Celonis, or Power Automate.
• Experience leading a UiPath automation team.
• Experience with UiPath AI Center, ML Skill setup and deployment, and Document Understanding.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Cloud.
• UiPath Certified Professional certification.
