Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with applications accepted for Boston, Chicago, and New York offices. Colleagues are expected to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Structure complex business problems and develop analytical approaches.
• Conduct and oversee research, interviews, surveys, and quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready presentations.
• Lead project workstreams while managing deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to support implementation and successful outcomes.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to practice development and knowledge-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant strategy consulting experience.
• Experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a strategy consulting firm.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; CPT and OPT are not accepted, and visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience across industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, energy, transportation, or private capital.
