Salary: $145,600–$209,300 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects covering market entry, product strategy, operational initiatives, and strategic alliances.
• Provide internal consulting support to the Executive Committee and functional leaders.
• Support strategic planning and help shape hirify.global’s business direction.
• Analyze the HCM market, key competitors, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop relationships with hirify.global leaders and foster collaboration across teams and organizational levels.
• Attend internal and external industry events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years at a leading management consulting firm such as Bain, BCG, LEK, or McKinsey.
• Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to manage a broad portfolio of strategic topics.
• Experience developing hypotheses and decision frameworks, leading analyses, and managing complex quantitative work.
• Strong presentation-building, data visualization, writing, public speaking, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with primary and secondary market research and survey methods.
• Must work in the United States.
