GTM Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.
• Build sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring plans.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer stage.
• Represent the mission, culture, and opportunity clearly to candidates.
• Bring structure, pace, and organization to hiring in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Strong GTM recruitment experience, including proven sales hiring experience.
• Experience recruiting across the US.
• Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.
• Strong hiring manager management and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles in a scaling environment.
• Hands-on recruiting approach and interest in joining a fast-growing AI company.
