What you will do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for headquarters roles, with a primary focus on commercial hiring.
- Support hiring across technology, operations, and expert functions while helping scale the talent acquisition function.
- Lead proactive sourcing through Boolean search, X-ray search, creative channels, campaigns, and talent communities.
- Use AI, automation, and workflows in recruitment, including managing and training AI agents.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders using transparent processes, data, and strategic guidance.
- Help develop employer branding, recruitment practices, candidate experience, and commercial hiring events.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of talent acquisition experience or a combination of in-house and agency recruitment.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up and in building recruitment practices in less structured environments.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and creative sourcing channels.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and using data to guide hiring decisions.
- Experience or strong curiosity around AI and automation in recruitment.
- Fluent English required; Dutch is optional.
