Manufacturing Training Supervisor

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin, USA; on-site manufacturing plant role

Salary: $75,100–$103,300 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of plant-wide training programs from concept through implementation.
• Analyze training needs and develop education covering orientation, safety, quality, SOPs, SSOPs, SOCs, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, equipment ownership, and skills reviews.
• Oversee the delivery of training materials and delegate on-the-job training checklists for new hires and first-year associates.
• Develop objective skills reviews, Train-the-Trainer programs, equipment SOPs, sanitation SSOPs, and SOC tracking methods.
• Supervise 2 Training Technicians, coach the Training Coordinator, and partner with department managers, supervisors, and sanitation teams.
• Maintain training records, analyze results, manage the training budget, support retention initiatives, and adjust schedules for off-shift or weekend needs when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of training experience.
• Ability to supervise training staff and oversee education activities for more than 400 employees.
• Ability to work on-site in Franklin, Wisconsin, with occasional off-shift or weekend hours.
• Some travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment.
