Training Coordinator (Plastic Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain structured training programs for current and new employees.
• Oversee training across multiple manufacturing roles and shifts.
• Evaluate training programs and track their effectiveness.
• Generate, maintain, and audit training materials and records for compliance.
• Coordinate annual continuous improvement training and third-party training providers.
• Work with supervisors to tailor training programs to shift-specific needs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of molding operator experience.
• High level of knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to develop training programs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days, including possible swing shifts for training purposes.

Nice to have

• Back-up lead or lead experience.
