Field Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Lead an organization of subordinate managers and individual contributors supporting sales operations systems and processes.
• Oversee systems for pricing, order management, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
• Manage headcount, resources, deliverables, schedules, costs, timelines, and budgets across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Communicate operational status, escalate issues, and guide strategic decisions with sales, program, account, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers, ensuring expectations for quality, delivery, schedules, and costs are met.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and support the career development of direct reports while driving organization-wide performance standards.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
• Advanced leadership, coaching, team-building, conflict-resolution, and management skills.
• Advanced project management skills covering time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Experience managing human capital across geographies and strong knowledge of business applications, technologies, company policies, and processes.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.
