Pursuit Deal Lifecycle Support (Services Supply Chain)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. First shift aligned with Mexico.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead Services Supply Chain support across the full contractual deal lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and pursuit solutioning through deployment, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Coordinate Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and subject-matter experts to assess feasibility and shape executable service solutions.
• Translate customer and commercial requirements into business process impacts, operational assumptions, deployment needs, and SSC requirements.
• Assess operating models, tools, systems, infrastructure, resources, financial flows, trading structures, and cost-allocation impacts.
• Project-manage contractual service deployments, including milestones, phase gates, ownership, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and handover.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify capability gaps, develop interim solutions, and provide recommendations for portfolio evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Deal Pursuit, Transition Management, or related operational functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex stakeholders, and driving execution in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of service operations, business process design, contractual delivery models, and financial impact assessment.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from the Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico location on the first shift.

Nice to have

• MBA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and developing standard practices, playbooks, and repeatable ways of working.
