Product Manager (Safety and Law Enforcement)

Location: Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, United States. Team members are expected to work in an office 4+ days per week.

Salary: $147,000–$259,000 annual base salary, depending on pay zone, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The position is also eligible for RSUs.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for safety, law enforcement, and regulatory compliance products.
• Set goals and manage performance against community safety and law enforcement compliance metrics.
• Identify and size product opportunities using data insights, user research, and design thinking.
• Lead roadmaps and end-to-end execution from planning and design through development and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, data science, and regulatory and compliance partners.
• Develop AI-first approaches to solve complex problems at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, success metrics, and communicating analytical results.
• Ability to work in an office 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington.

Nice to have

• Experience in trust and safety, anti-abuse, or regulatory compliance.
• Product management experience with a consumer product.
• Hands-on experience writing complex SQL and performing descriptive and predictive analytics.
• BA/BS in computer science or a related field.
