What you will do
- Produce semi-finished and final products in the winding department while maintaining quality.
- Operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Train for and perform multiple positions within the winding department.
- Follow critical parameters, work instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report safety issues and support production targets.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of industrial experience or military service; vocational or technical education may be considered instead of industrial experience.
- Previous motor experience is preferred.
- Must have work authorization permitting employment in the United States.
