Manufacturing Associate I (6:00pm to 6:00am) C Shift

What you will do

• Prepare parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials using assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position and assemble components using templates, measurements, fasteners, and hand or power tools.
• Inspect completed work for proper fit and compliance with quality requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Assist with prototype and basic assembly projects outside normal production.
• Support team training and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• Typically 0–1 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to perform continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling; lift up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.

Nice to have

• Willingness to cross-train for Manufacturing Associate II roles.
• Ability to meet potential respirator-fit and clean-shaven requirements.
