Workforce and Rewards Consulting Analyst

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients. Permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.

Base salary: $59,000–$118,000 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams.
• Research industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation, and rewards trends.
• Analyze strategic, financial, and organizational information to develop workforce and rewards strategies.
• Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups.
• Structure analyses and prepare presentations for boards, senior executives, and HR leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation planned for Spring 2027; the anticipated start date is August 2027.
• Preferred academic focus in business, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, accounting, social science, or HR.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with knowledge of data analysis, project management, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available, and CPT/OPT are not accepted.
