Senior Analyst Service Level & Supplier Mgmt

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Own the operational and commercial performance management of suppliers in line with company strategy.
• Design, negotiate, maintain, and manage supplier service-level agreements and performance metrics.
• Participate in operational governance reviews and maintain service-performance documentation.
• Collect performance data, produce reports, and provide statistical analyses of SLA compliance, productivity, and benchmarks.
• Identify trends, improvement opportunities, risks, and mitigation actions across operational and contractual relationships.
• Support regional teams as a corporate point of contact for third-party supplier management, escalations, and service-level improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality and performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ICT technologies and services.
• Strong data-analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex operational insights through presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Quality orientation and supplier relationship management competencies.

Nice to have

• Experience creating data models and reports with Microsoft Power BI.
