Solution Expert – Supplier Intelligence & Procurement (f/m/d)

Location: Munich or Madrid, Germany or Spain. Hybrid workplace with 3 days per week in the office; travel below 10%.

What you will do

• Own the subject matter for Supplier Intelligence and Procurement, defining best-practice configurations and standard approaches for use cases.
• Review onboarding packages and templates, and convert product releases into videos, eLearning content, webinars, and office hours.
• Train Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams; build and assess solution-area certification.
• Handle second-line escalations and determine whether issues are product, documentation, or training gaps.
• Represent field feedback to Product Management, prioritise improvements, test new functionality, and maintain solution documentation.
• Support lighthouse projects, complex escalations, and new-product introductions rather than regular onboardings.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in procurement and supplier-management transformation through consulting, industry, or software.
• Deep experience with supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions, and supplier resilience.
• Understanding of European regulations including LkSG and CSDDD and their impact on supplier management.
• Comfort working with supplier and ERP data, including master data, hierarchies, and interfaces; no coding is required.
• Ability to turn complex topics into concise content and build structured priorities with Product Management.
• Fluent English required; German or Spanish is a strong plus.
