What you will do

• Implement inventory and service level strategies across EMEA operations.
• Monitor sales trends, inventory performance, replenishment activities, and out-of-stock risks.
• Maintain SAP master data, replenishment parameters, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with the Central Warehouse, Global Transport teams, Operations, and Global Category Managers.
• Prepare supply chain KPI and out-of-stock reports, analyze performance data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate reverse logistics, claims, complaints, operational incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, operations, or a related analytical environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain high data accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Business-level English proficiency is required.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
