Sr. Manager, Global Demand Planning (Renewable Energy): Building and leading enterprise-wide demand planning, S&OP governance, and analytical frameworks for a global clean-energy supply chain with an accent on forecast quality, capacity planning, and executive decision support. Focus on integrating statistical and commercial forecasts, modelling supply constraints, standardizing planning processes, and developing a high-performing global planning team.

What you will do
- Lead the monthly global demand planning cycle across regions, business units, channels, and product categories.
- Define planning processes, standards, governance, KPIs, and rolling demand plans supporting short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
- Establish Demand Review governance within S&OP and align Sales and Supply Chain through data-driven planning discussions.
- Integrate statistical forecasts with sales, marketing, customer, market, and product inputs; identify forecast bias and unsupported assumptions.
- Develop scenario models, capacity-versus-demand analyses, executive dashboards, and recommendations for supply constraints and business risks.
- Lead process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and the development of the Global Demand Planning team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions.
- Experience designing planning processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Previous people leadership experience with a record of developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Anaplan, Salesforce, and data analytics tools.
Nice to have
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or complex global supply chain environments.
