Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States (hybrid) or remote within the United States. Employees outside the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, with additional travel possible based on business needs.

Salary: $125,000–$163,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the most complex and strategic client implementations from kickoff through stabilization across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions.
• Advise clients on organizational change, training strategy, platform adoption, and transformational implementation programs.
• Design methodologies, templates, playbooks, and frameworks that improve implementation speed, consistency, and client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to resolve novel implementation challenges.
• Act as an escalation point for high-risk projects, identify root causes, drive resolution, and protect client relationships.
• Track implementation health metrics, mentor implementation managers, and promote AI and automation across the function.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, organizational transformation, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience designing processes or frameworks that measurably improve delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction.
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Deep familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows, including draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration, and regulatory requirements.
• Subject-matter-expert orientation, strong judgment, and willingness to share expertise and raise delivery standards.
