Senior AI Tech Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own an individual module within client engagements and address strategic, organizational, managerial, and operational cybersecurity challenges.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, procedures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, gap analyses, risk quantification, and resilience planning across organizations, products, and cloud environments.
• Embed product security, DevSecOps, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring into systems and software lifecycles.
• Facilitate cybersecurity awareness workshops, tabletop exercises, and organizational culture-change initiatives with leadership and security teams.
• Support incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and third-party or supply-chain risk management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or cybersecurity management, including management of teams of five or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a related field.
• Experience with cybersecurity strategies, risk management, AI platform security, application and cloud security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or incident management.
• Working knowledge of at least two cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST CSF, C2M2, NIST SP 800-53, ISO/IEC 27000, or Cloud Security Alliance CCM.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English, GenAI tool fluency, and willingness to travel globally to client sites and BCG teams.
