ELDS Warehouse Trainer (1st Shift)

Location: Onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, United States; 1st shift

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain training documentation, work instructions, and standardized training materials.
• Train indirect and direct warehouse staff during operational start-ups.
• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and technical training programs.
• Analyze quality trends and implement targeted training to address recurring skill gaps and improve first-time quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to identify training needs and support operational goals.
• Participate in professional development focused on technical knowledge, instructional skills, and training practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, shipping, picking, or kitting.
• Ability to interpret bills of materials in relation to pick lists and use ERP or MES systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to teach, mentor, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate across departments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Ability to safely operate a forklift, use a ladder, lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, and use relevant hand tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools, especially Excel or Power BI.
