Learning Lead, Fulfillment

What you will do

• Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, ongoing development, remediation, and retraining across fulfillment and distribution operations.
• Build and maintain training schedules, records, completion reports, and documentation in the LMS.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining training records aligned with Good Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, HR, Recruiting, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and maintain accurate training content.
• Maintain an active floor presence, audit associate competencies, and support operational workflows.
• Train, certify, examine, and audit personnel operating Powered Industrial Trucks and enforce OSHA and facility safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms, training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of fulfillment, distribution, warehouse processes, regulatory compliance, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and safety training in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• PIT certification or the ability to obtain certification is required; flexibility to work varied shifts in a 7-day operation is required.
