Manager, Enablement

Salary: $97,800–$142,050 base salary per year, plus stock options

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leads across Knowledge Management, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management.
• Set goals, coach development, calibrate performance, and make people-management decisions for direct reports.
• Establish operating rhythms including initiative health checks, cross-lane reviews, quarterly planning, and portfolio audits.
• Manage multi-lane programs such as partner launches and tooling migrations from scoping through rollout, measurement, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain measurement frameworks, health scorecards, and reporting for launch readiness, content quality, training effectiveness, QA integrity, and workforce health.
• Sponsor process improvements and AI-enabled content and workflow automation to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least three years of direct people-management experience in enablement, training, knowledge management, quality assurance, or operations strategy.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from intake through rollout and measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently, navigate ambiguity, and provide clear recommendations to leaders.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills across content, training, quality, and workforce capacity.
• Understanding of complex member- or customer-facing systems and workflows, with the ability to connect enablement priorities to experience and accuracy metrics.
• Experience managing senior individual contributors or process owners across multiple disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled content, process automation, and tooling changes that reduce manual work.
• Experience building metrics and scorecards that provide self-service visibility into team health and impact.
• Familiarity with Guru, Zenarate or similar QA platforms, Assembled or similar workforce-management platforms, Salesforce, Looker, and Asana or Jira.
