DC Designated Trainer (Tues-Fri)

Location: R1 Dry DC Uxbridge, Massachusetts; onsite distribution-center role. Tuesday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

Salary: $23.50–$28.20 per hour; starting rate of $23.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct office and on-the-job training for new hires, department transfers, and temporary associates.
• Train team members on work procedures, equipment operation, safety policies, and company processes.
• Coordinate training schedules with the Department Manager or Supervisor and perform weekly trainee assessments.
• Track training progress, maintain documentation, and communicate recommendations to senior department leads and management.
• Participate in facility and department audits, safety committee activities, incident reviews, and continued train-the-trainer education.
• Mentor team members, answer operational questions, and support other departments or functions as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and perform standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting for up to 8 hours per day in an indoor environment with changing temperatures, noise, and dust.
