Proposal Management Analyst (SaaS)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; Cuauhtémoc, Mexico. Flexible travel to regional training courses and events is required.

Annual base salary: $75,000–$100,000. The stated range combines distinct US labor markets.

What you will do

• Manage deliverables, communications, and timelines for assigned sections of proposals, tenders, and questionnaires.
• Work with Solutions Engineers to answer functional questions and create tailored, prospect-specific content.
• Maintain and continuously update the central RFP content repository.
• Promote proposal best practices and build subject-matter expertise across designated product, vertical, or horizontal domains.
• Participate in annual Hack Day and team innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience or internships in prospecting, business development, direct sales, or IT consulting is preferred.
• Background in SaaS technology or cloud-based business applications.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities and deadlines, and learn and explain hirify.global Experience Cloud products and services.
• Ability to travel to regional training courses and events.

Nice to have

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, Economics, Marketing Research, or Finance.
• Interest in customer experience management and understanding customer journeys.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a strong interest in solving complex problems.
