Takt Onsite Coordinator - Construction Engineer (Pharmaceutical Construction)

What you will do

• Lead daily construction activities across assigned project areas and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ensure work fronts are ready with the required materials, permits, access, equipment, and manpower.
• Support Takt Planning and short-term construction planning while monitoring progress against project schedules.
• Lead daily coordination and look-ahead meetings, communicate priorities, and deliver safety briefings when required.
• Oversee stainless-steel piping, process vessel, and equipment installations in cleanroom and controlled environments.
• Prepare daily progress reports, visual dashboards, and PowerPoint storyboards covering progress, risks, constraints, and upcoming activities.

Requirements

• Experience in construction engineering, site coordination, construction management, or site supervision.
• Experience coordinating contractors and trade partners on industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and workface planning.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments and understanding of pharmaceutical construction standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Takt Planning or Lean Construction methodologies.
• Experience with stainless-steel process piping and mechanical installations.
• Knowledge of cleanroom environments, QA/QC processes, and GMP compliance requirements.
