Logistics Lead

What you will do

• Manage import, export, domestic, air, ocean, and cross-border road freight operations in line with production schedules and customer commitments.
• Oversee China–Vietnam trucking, Hai Phong ocean freight, and Noi Bai air cargo operations.
• Maintain dangerous-goods compliance for lithium battery shipments, including UN38.3, MSDS, IATA DGR, and IMO IMDG requirements.
• Lead Vietnamese customs compliance, EPE operations, regulatory inspections, certificates of origin, and post-clearance audits.
• Manage freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and trucking providers while monitoring service levels, claims, costs, and delivery performance.
• Lead process digitalization, SOP standardization, cost-reduction initiatives, and the import, export, and customs clearance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, supply chain management, foreign trade, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, and customs clearance in Vietnam.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with direct EPE experience mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of VNACCS/VCIS and ERP or WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or 1C.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese customs regulations, EPE requirements, Incoterms 2020, HS classification, dangerous-goods documentation, and MIC conformity procedures.
• Vietnamese native speaker and English at professional working proficiency, with the ability to conduct business meetings and negotiate with international carriers.
