Director Strategic Parts and Service Supply Chain (Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global site in Kulim, Malaysia, with an additional location in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Lead global supply chain engineering and commercial teams supporting advanced packaging technology and manufacturing operations.
• Optimize supplier performance and operational efficiency through metrics, market hirify.globalligence, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and align engineering and supply chain roadmaps with future technology needs.
• Lead benchmarking and industry hirify.globalligence initiatives for factory equipment spares and service products.
• Set goals, maintain accountability, manage performance, and develop high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and executive stakeholders on strategic direction and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
• Expertise in semiconductor supply chain, benchmarking, business analysis, and strategy development.
• Proficiency in disciplined execution, data analysis tools, and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Consent to and successful completion of an extended background investigation is required for this Position of Trust.
