Senior Manager, Global Procurement (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute category procurement strategies, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term procurement targets.
• Own competitive, end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners, from vendor identification through award.
• Build negotiation frameworks and deliver product cost savings while protecting quality and ESG considerations.
• Create and apply component-level clean sheets, approve buy-plan costs, and establish launch and scale pricing.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity management, and upstream material sourcing.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Nice to have

• Category expertise in hard home, soft home, jewelry, luggage, bags and accessories, apparel, footwear, trims, or raw materials such as cotton, down, cashmere, leather, and linen.
• Experience with manufacturing efficiency, consumption, C&M excellence, harvest timing, and raw material availability.
