Head of Supply Chain Management

What you will do

• Lead supply chain operations across production planning, procurement, replenishment, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Manage weekly and daily production scheduling and ensure coverage for direct and indirect materials.
• Develop inventory and warehouse performance processes.
• Oversee import, export, and local logistics while ensuring compliance with customs and other official requirements.
• Support procurement with global and local suppliers and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the supply chain team while reporting operational performance to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Operations, or Logistics Management.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding 20M, including budget preparation and fiscal management.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrated skills in strategy development, process improvement, leadership, communication, analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation.
• Business-fluent English is required.
