Senior Production Operative (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Buckingham production site, United Kingdom. Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00.

What you will do

• Follow daily production plans and deliver batches right first time.
• Complete quality checks, critical control points, and traceability records.
• Coordinate materials and equipment across production, fill-in, pre-weighing, and container-washing zones.
• Work with Machine Operators, Shift Managers, and R&D on production, packing, trials, and issue resolution.
• Train and mentor new team members and provide first-line technical support on the production floor.
• Participate in Daily Operations Reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience and confidence in production operations, quality control, and traceability.
• Ability to lead by example, support colleagues, and communicate clearly across teams.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, accountable, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Availability for onsite work at the Buckingham, United Kingdom production site.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00.
