Start-Up and Project Delivery Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Reading Plant, United Kingdom; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead operations readiness for new projects, equipment, initiatives, and technologies.
• Coordinate the delivery and start-up of new equipment and projects.
• Identify, prioritise, analyse, and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical experts and other functions to develop effective solutions.
• Create learning programmes and coach and train technicians.
• Develop and improve standards to achieve production-line performance targets.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is considered.
• A university degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is accepted.
• Demonstrated passion and achievements, particularly in leadership activities.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Continuous or temporary right to work in the United Kingdom is required from the first day of employment.
