What you will do

• Plan and manage baking tests independently, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Prepare high-quality baking reports and translate test results into insights and recommendations.
• Develop and share expertise in baking technologies, ingredients, and evaluation methods.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, internal seminars, and continuous improvement of baking protocols and tools.
• Work with Application Specialists and Technical Advisors to develop new protocols and optimize existing procedures.

Requirements

• Baker's degree, Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent bakery experience of at least 8 years.
• Strong hands-on bakery expertise with knowledge of baking technologies, ingredient functionality, and texture measurements.
• Experience evaluating and documenting dough and product characteristics.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to urgent requests.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.
