What you will do

• Provide analytical support for new molecular entities, including small molecules, therapeutic peptides, conjugates, and oligonucleotides, from Phase 1 development through registration.
• Perform reference standard characterization using liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, and gas chromatography.
• Develop fit-for-purpose LC, IC, and GC methods to meet low-level reporting thresholds for purity determination.
• Support product and process characterization, method development, validation, release, and stability studies, primarily using LC.
• Evaluate analytical results and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, specifications, GMP requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, and/or gas chromatography.
• Knowledge of chromatography data systems, specifically Empower and/or OpenLab.
• General knowledge of cGMP regulations; practical experience is advantageous.
• High standards of quality, accountability for experimental work, adaptability, and the ability to respond to changing priorities.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with or willingness to develop expertise in water determination, titrations, and other analytical characterization techniques.
