Base pay: €82,000–€141,450 per year

What you will do

• Lead and execute process chemistry research to develop therapeutic agents.
• Design, run, and troubleshoot complex scientific experiments in the laboratory.
• Advance methodologies by applying state-of-the-art scientific knowledge and process development principles.
• Lead projects across different stages of development and collaborate with internal teams.
• Coordinate with and lead external partners.
• Support production and process technical transfers.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in process chemistry or a related area with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree in organic chemistry or a related area with at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on laboratory expertise and a solid understanding of process development principles.
• Experience with production and process technical transfers.
• Familiarity with cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Scientific leadership, strong communication, data analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
